The Annual Arts and Crafts Festival has become an Eastern Shore staple as one of the oldest arts and crafts festivals in the state, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.

New this year, the Eastern Shore Chamber is partnering with Faulkner State Community College to use the college’s new state-of-the-art Halstead Amphitheater for all festival entertainment. The festival is also introducing a new free concert, "Music Jamboree,” Saturday, March 19 featuring three talented local bands. Enjoy live music from Neil Dover from 3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m., MidLife Crisis from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Rondale and the Kit Katz from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Halstead Amphitheater on Faulkner State’s Fairhope Campus. Food will be available from Old 27 Grill.

You can also taste delicious cuisine from the food court throughout this great three-day event. Last year the Arts and Crafts Festival in Fairhope attracted more than 300,000 visitors to the area.

Parking will be limited in downtown Fairhope, so the Eastern Shore Chamber recommends that festivalgoers take advantage of the shuttle service available from BRATS (Baldwin Rural Area Transportation System). All of the parking is free and the locations are less than a five-minute ride away. The shuttle will cost $5 a day for a wristband to ride as many times as you’d like. Free bike valet parking will be provided behind the Fairhope Museum of History. Handicapped parking is available behind Julwin’s Restaurant.
