City of Fairhope Holds Visual Preference Survey Process to Gather Feedback for Future Development


With contributions from the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) in the form of a Smart Growth Grant from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the city will bring in a consultant to lead a Visual Preference Survey (VPS). It will include two workshops open to the public and an online survey.

THE FAIRHOPE STORE NAMED GOLD RETAILER OF THE YEAR


Lisette Normann, owner of The Fairhope Store, always wanted to sell things she loves. Born into a family of retailers, she’d sell candies and snacks for fun as a child. Now, as an adult, she’s achieved her childhood dream of selling what she loves – items bearing her artwork, which features her hometown. Today, Normann took home top honors in the state as the Gold Alabama Retailer of the Year in the Annual Sales Less Than $1 Million category.
