 Meet Hugh McCoy member of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Board of Advisors.
Hugh is serving as the Managing Director for White-Spunner Construction, Inc. With offices in Mobile, Dallas, Texas, and Raleigh North Carolina, White-Spunner Construction is one of the Southeast’s largest general contractors specializing in commercial, institutional, health care, hospitality, multi-family and industrial markets. He is responsible for project planning and financial feasibility, pre-construction services, business development, and strategic market planning.
Prior to joining White-Spunner, he was affiliated with Burns & McDonnell Engineers, Morrison Knudsen Corporation, and Centex Construction Group in Dallas. He holds a BS from Kansas State University and an MS from Kansas State University in the College of Architecture and Planning and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
