Truland Homes showcases 22 new homes in this year’s Baldwin County Parade of Homes.

(SPANISH FORT, Ala.) Sep. 19, 2017 – Truland Homes is pleased to announce its participation in the 2017 Baldwin County Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. This year’s event will be held Sep. 30 - Oct. 1 and Oct. 7 – Oct. 8 and every home will be open to the public from 10:00am-5:00pm.

This year, Truland will be featuring 22 beautiful homes in 22 unique communities. Last year’s showcase community, Greenbrier at Firethorne and Spanish Fort’s newest community Osprey Ridge made the list.

Truland entries this year range from the high 200s to low 800s and feature brand new plans, top of the line home sites, outdoor living areas, spacious kitchens, walk-in pantries and more.

As Truland is locally owned and operated, they build most of their homes throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties. Toward the end of this year and into 2018, Truland plans to expand into the Escambia County market. They maintain an inventory of completed homes and also offer an expansive plan gallery and state of the art design center for those interested in designing a home.
