Menas Real Estate Acquires Re/Max Franchise for Spanish Fort
SPANISH FORT, Ala. - Menas Real Estate is now Re/Max Signature Properties, a new Re/Max franchise
based in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
While the company has a new name, it will remain under the ownership of Mr.
Bill Menas and Menas and his team will still be providing the same great
service that clients have relied on for over two decades.
Being part of the Re/Max franchise allows Mr. Menas and his team to expand
their services while providing the same attentive customer service Menas is
known for.
Mr. Menas said: "when we started Menas Real Estate, our motto was,
'Honesty. Integrity. Not just words, it's our commitment to you.' That is still
our motto."
The Re/Max Signature Properties team still uses agents that are well-versed in Baldwin
county and the surrounding area, and that are friendly, honest, and helpful.
The Re/Max Signature Properties office will remain in the city of Spanish Fort,
so clients can still count on incredible local service. However, they will be
breaking ground on a brand-new, modern, state-art building in the next 60 days.
This building will be located on Hwy. 31 in the heart of Spanish Fort.
The new space will allow them to expand the team and provide even better real
estate services and resources to local customers. Re/Max Signature Properties
will also house a stand-alone Re/Max Signature Properties Commercial
Division.
Menas has a background in commercial real estate, which is what qualifies his
company to offer commercial real estate services under this respected
franchise.
The opening of a new stand-alone commercial division within Re/Max is rare, and
it allows Menas and his team to use the top-notch tools and marketing resources
that Re/Max has available.
"The real estate market is changing rapidly, and having the tech tools and
ability to adapt to the changing market is going to be extremely challenging to
small, independent offices which is why I see this as an opportunity to partner
with a proven brand," Menas said.
With these new resources at their disposal, Re/Max Signature Properties is
looking to expand their team. In particular, they are seeking passionate real
estate agents with residential or commercial experience who are very familiar
with both Mobile and Baldwin counties.
Menas said: "I have mentored agents in the past with very little
experience and turned them into multimillion producers. Agents joining our team
will be part of a company that has a broker that is very accessible, where our
only interests are bettering agents and serving the public the best we
can."
Agents who are interested in starting with Re/Max Signature Properties are
encouraged to contact the team and apply today.
